Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive as well. It's the only robovacs that I've tested that do a really good job of cleaning up debris from plain floors, and is not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot 900 series.

But the Freo X Ultra has its faults, especially when it comes to navigation. The laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable as some other robovacs, meaning it is sometimes stuck or confused in certain areas of the house. It's also not able to climb stairs like other competitors and doesn't come with a docking station to create a clean zone for carpets with plush padding.

While it doesn't offer as much in the way of cleaning options available in its app or as many shortcuts in the app like other robovacs the Freo X Ultra is still a top choice for those seeking a great all-round mop and vacuum cleaner that's worth the premium price tag.

However, if you're looking to save some cash or don't want to think about the limitations of this robot There are many other options on the market, including a lot of eufy models for considerably less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance is less expensive and offers the same experience in the app, but with additional features such as stairs, a fully-function dock, and a better overall vacuuming performance on bare floors as well as high and low-pile carpets.
