The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be washed and heat-dried within the dock, and the dust bin is automatically emptied and returned to it. All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. I ran it on its normal mop and vac settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is on the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only downside is that it's costly. The sheer amount of features make it an appealing choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this model when you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. Its price is justified by its powerful feature set, which includes an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mop mops. It also includes an app-based, smart controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop sets available at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well throughout the house. It was able to eliminate 98.4% debris on all types of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without getting caught in. The mops also performed well and produced excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion as well as an incredibly strong cleaning solution.

The docking station is the main selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and sophisticated. If you're on a budget I suggest a more basic model that allows you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best robot vacuum and mop robot mop and vacuum you could buy however, its price and ongoing maintenance would make it more a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you require to get rid of messes and clean dirt off your hard floors. This powerful mop and robot vacuum combo comes with a strong 8,000 Pa of suction power, an impressively large battery capacity for both vacuuming and mowing, and top-notch obstacle avoidance. It even has mop rollers that clean itself as it moves and makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-clean to clean the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. Its roller runs almost the full width of the bot and is constantly supplied with ozonated, clean water from its dock. As it rotates the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then discharges the mop water that is dirty into its base station which is then sucked up by the tank's heating elements, and then pumped into a larger storage canister. The tank that is onboard is able to hold a large amount of water and can take on up to a dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop combos, the S1 Pro is ready to take it out from the box. It will need to be filled with clean water, however this is easy to do in the cleaning dock. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to dock. If you opt for this option however, you'll have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands, allowing you to use your choice of cleaning solutions.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did most robots. It was quick to map a room and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple times on larger pile carpets and rugs during my tests however this could be rectified when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very robust robot that is available at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum. However, it has some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, washing and sanitizing the mop pads as they go. The mopping system is capable of cleaning a good bit of a space before returning to its dock and the vacuum's powerful suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite dense, offering a wide range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start a full map and clear everything that's been mapped by the device, or you can pick particular rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine that you've created. There are several mopping options which include SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the mops' sensors to find the most efficient way to clean your home while it maps the area.

The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, just like the other Roborock models that we've tested. Its navigation system performs well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized way. Its 'Normal" pathing option covers the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well too, but it's not as advanced as color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot hazards such as thick carpets however it won't always detect small things like rug tassels or electrical wires.

One of the biggest flaws of this machine is the lack of a mop-after-vacuum option which could be a problem for people who do a lot of vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. Thankfully, there's an easy solution: the app offers the option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. This lets you use the mopping function of the vacuum to get rid of the last remnants of debris and dust that are left behind by the vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot to clean up a bit better than its cheaper competitors.
