The Pre-licensing course may be taken either in a classroom setting or via distance learning/virtual class. If you decide to take the classroom version you will receive an MV-278 Pre-licensing Course Completion Certificate. Whatever version you decide to take all courses follow the same curriculum content. The provider will automatically report your completion to the DMV after you've completed your course.
